To transform conflict, not erase it. Conflict is natural. Conflict is relatable. Conflict is useful. And conflict does not have to be harmful.

The Pax Initiative strives to alleviate the process by getting rid of the zero-sum mentality and building on common objectives. We don't harp on about win-win ideologies, but we do embrace the notion that everyone can benefit when a conflict is well-managed.

This is achieved by promoting communication and knowledge by facilitating an understanding of people, cultures, and conflicts through every encounter.
