The Pax Initiative was formed with a belief in constructive conflict. If done well, if done carefully, conflicts hold the potential to build better relationships, better teams, better organizations.

Pulling from the experience of its membership in managing hundreds of family mediations and other conflicts, The Pax Initiative employs a thoughtful, pragmatic, and holistic approach to problem-solving. A habit of neutrality further allows for unbiased and candid examination of issues that enables communication, regardless of prior contentiousness. A multicultural background ensures a fluency across demographics. 

At The Pax Initiative, the aim is to preserve and empower working relationships as parties navigate transitions. When this is accomplished, resolution isn't the destination... it's the runway.
